Our conversation.
Conversation between Philemon Gavoty (Azuro AI) and Jonas Pauly (ms gartenreich) on 25 September 2026. Your business and your bottlenecks, a walkthrough of the AIOS, your technical questions, and the trial. Raw transcript, not rewritten.
Note: Our call was in English, but the meeting recorder auto-translated large parts of it into French. The AIOS re-transcribed the original recording in English from the audio, so this page reflects what was actually said. Speaker separation is automatic, so a short phrase may occasionally sit with the wrong speaker.
Hello Jonas. Nice to meet you
Hello
Do you hear me correctly?
I don't speak French
Oh, you don't speak French. Sorry
No worries
Can you hear me? I was saying, can you hear me? Yes I guess you can Ok, that's great Can fireflies hear me?
Yeah, we got fireflies with us, always Ok, so I would like to take the this first call would be just short presentations like mutual introductions if you could speak to me about about your activity what your processes are
would be great and I will present the solution that we offer and we will see if there is a match so if you'd like can you please share with me the activity that you are involved in as well as I mean what will interest me
the most is where the bottlenecks are where you think you can do better in the next few weeks because that's where we would like to work in priority so if that's fine with you
Sure, happy to do that Do you already have a little bit of background why I'm reaching out to you and who recommended me
or who recommended you I actually don't I was looking up where you come from
Happy to hear from you I don't know if you know Christina Schilling
Sorry, say again
Christina Schilling Her husband is Ben I don't know his last name He lives in Andorra, he's a client of yours and she is the owner of the company that I'm working for and she's also using Azuro
I'm not sure if I pronounced correctly and both of them are extremely happy and they said you have to try it you have to give it a try, you have to have a look at it but to be honest I never fully understood
their use case, I never fully understood your product and so I said I gotta talk to the guy to understand how it works and what they're doing and how I can leverage it Just quickly to you what we're doing two sentences about
the business, we have properties, land on those properties we have smaller areas of lands that we lease out to people that have a little house on that property they own the house we sell the house to them from
the previous owner and then we lease the land to them for 200, 300, 400, 500 euros a month so basically we provide properties I've joined the company pretty much exactly a year ago in September and it's a very small
SME business, we're roughly 10 people, we roughly make a little bit less than 2 million in revenue and it was very chaotic very disorganized from a data perspective from a process perspective from a financial perspective
pretty much from any business perspective so I joined the company and started trying to clean up at the beginning of this year I took a, together with Christina I took a AI cloud training to gain transparency over
the mess that we have and where to start and how to start we created, we set up cloud, I've been using cloud ever since, relatively successful, I have installed Obsidian, I have installed Notion
I'm using Notion currently as my brain I store all my details there, I have created through VibeCoding our own ERP system if you will where we have all our contracts all our customer data and where we do our entire tracking of who
needs to pay, what, when and where and why and have they paid and so my challenge currently in terms of my bottlenecks are very widespread it's not a very specific project where I say I really need help finding new people
right now, which is the case, I'm looking for two new people, which could be one project, but really what my challenge is, is that I have 20 balls in the air right now and I'm trying to and I'm okay at it,
prioritizing, working on them being in all these different projects and working through them one after the other and every day is different, that's okay that's great but I feel like I'm still being very inefficient slow somewhat
I cannot really work mobile if I'm in the car due to lots of different things but I cannot really work mobile where I think time is wasted I sometimes wish I had a better agent set up type of Iron Man person that I can talk
to that just gets shit done for me and especially lately I've not been happy with Claude because Claude may just create the assumptions even though I have skills set up, I have a master prompt I have given it a lot of context
I have a brain that I can pull from but it's very messy
okay that's very interesting I'll take a few notes so what we offer I'd like to share my screen with you to be more clear I think you'll be comfortable with the main concepts since you're a Claude user already
so the company is actually named Azure in French let's say and the product that we sell is called AIOS, we only have one product, we focus the entire company on that actually so AIOS, I guess you know what it means
pretty self explanatory but Artificial Intelligence Operating System, so it's an operating system boosted with AI that is used only by companies, so what we give is an AI that is on a private server and we give that to
business owners basically so in terms of what you can see on the screen it's made to be very simple and very straightforward so there's the AI part let's say, here is a chatbot where you can chat with the AI
and it gets things done here, and here is the server part so here is all your documents, let's say it's kind of a second desktop, so you're meant to let's say work in collaboration with the AIOS directly on your files here
what it can do basically is anything that is digital related, so to give you an idea, usually our clients, we give them the AIOS, the first things they do is first they like to get rid of a bunch of softwares and create their own
so we actually made a study that with details about this regarding the cost that is not spent on software in the first weeks and the first month of using the AIOS, so that's the first thing, and the second thing is
it's supposed to create the entire purpose is it's supposed to create processes for the businesses, so for example, our prospection like our outreach campaigns are fully managed by the AIOS, which means we just tell it
let's say, on the chat let's work on our outreach, like what can we do, this is our clients, like our persona, our ICP we're looking for, what can we do, what tools do we have, and so in our case, for example what we do, like
the process is fully automated by the AIOS is we go on LinkedIn we scrap every single person that has ever interacted with, that has recently interacted with let's say B2B automation, like AI
automation for businesses, so our niche posts and we get all these people that are interested in this topic so let's say they have the intention to be interested in this, that's the first signal, and we get only the
business owners in a specific category age, sector, place whatever, and then we transform this into phone numbers and then we import this into our CRM automatically so that's an example of a complete process
that is being done entirely in natural language in the AIOS we also have a mobile app with a vocal mode let's say, so you can basically run your entire business every part of it with just your phone and your vocal
feature, so for example me when I receive an email and I have a bunch of things to do, I just put my phone out and say okay, update my CRM send an email to this client, send a slack to my secretary, whatever
in vocal mode, I just put it back in my pocket and it's done, even if I'm in the street I'm drinking coffee, whatever, so that's the final way you're supposed to use it so in terms of, I'd like to respond, this has been
pretty general for now, but I'd like to respond specifically on your points so in terms of juggling multiple tasks at once it's really like it's meant to solve this specific pain that you have, it's made for us at the beginning
so we are, we have a couple of companies, each of us so me and my business associate, so you can see it, everything that I show on the screen has been made by the AIOS I will not make this precision every time, but let's see
so for example, I'll put this in a big screen, but this is a good way, sorry it's in French this is a good way to just accessible quickly to envision the AIOS, so basically here are all your tools, so it's CRM, Gmail, Drive
whatever tool that you have pretty much the integration is boundaryless let's say, and here is you, so here is the business owner and your AIOS is the center operating system that runs the actual
operation, so you just have to focus on the strategy and decision making basically so that's really the main point and I'd like to get back to the multitasking and juggling multiple things at once so for me for example, I have
the main business let's say is the AIOS that I'm actually currently sharing with you this would be my main activity, and the second one it doesn't have anything to do with it it's a hotel restaurant business in Asia
so you know, pretty the opposite, also I also manage the second business here, everything is in French, so sorry for that, but it says insurance, water rent let's say, bank anything I do everything I treat every single
subject of every company inside the same tool which allows me to be super efficient basically because it's in terms of ergonomy does that make sense in English? Ergonomy?
like the ease ease of use let's say it's really the best you can think of because it just works as you intend it to work so for example, if you'd like a human in a loop, at first let's say a very simple task like
responding to emails if you'd like a human in a loop you're going to say okay, for the first week you draft, you only draft emails, we have the integration it's right here, you draft emails I read it, maybe I adjust
a couple of times and I'll send it directly from here on my Gmail then for the second week, okay I've gained a bit of trust to my AIOS, then you can send the emails and you just send me at the end of the day
reporting of what emails you sent over the day and then I can make a few corrections after you have sent them and then on the third week let's say you give me a report once a week is enough okay so my point here is
you can adjust the way you work as you wish as you please, so that's kind of the main point about the you mentioned the viability, let's say cloud making errors too much and being messy and stuff this is really a core
feature that I'd like to mention so it's getting a bit technical but it's really a key aspect of it so the AIOS in our opinion is 10% AI and 90% regular information technology so Python scripts let's say HTML pages
whatever you know so classic technologies let's say the classic technologies they are determined like let's say fully determined you know there's no randomness in the LLM technology it's super powerful
but there's randomness, also it's slow it eats tokens so you know there's good and bad sides in both of these technologies so the main concept of the AIOS is the AI is supposed to build the processes of the company
but the processes themselves they're supposed to have as little AI as possible in them so for example our outreach efforts that I mentioned on LinkedIn, I don't go to Cloud and tell it go to LinkedIn and scrap it
and get the leads and contact them it runs fully automatically through Python scripts so that's fully determined by regular technology so the AI won't see
so can I quickly add on technically how does it work so which LLM is behind it and do you ask it then to basically write a script that is then being used to create the web or how does it technically work
so interesting question, so basically we use Cloud as a background model as you can see the first thing you do when you're on board when you're on board with the AIOS is you connect your Cloud account
so you can see, I don't know if you can actually because you have multiple models so you have access to Fable 5 and stuff so the usual Cloud models now the AIOS is a harness around the Cloud LLM and the mission of Cloud
is to build processes and then let it go so the rest of it in the first months you're going to have an extensive usage of AI and then it's the goal it's supposed to decrease very fast over the next couple of weeks
and so then your business is run by regular technology that is data mined, makes no mistakes etc but the brain above it which is Cloud can still make small adjustments and yeah that's kind of the whole point
If I look into these folders that you have, what files do they include? Python scripts? MD files? Text PDFs?
etc or where is all the where are the processes stored basically or how does it know what to do when?
So you can
envision it as I mentioned it's a private server so inside the server you have one space that is dedicated to the user so that's the workspace the workspace is supposed to have readable files so let's say images .md files
still in French, sorry about this and etc so basically user accessible files so this space is dedicated to the common work of the LM and the user and then on the same server you have another side
that is not visible to the user but still accessible through AI that is the place where the Python scripts and all the rest run basically so there's no point in the user going into the code, it's not made for
developers, it's made for business owners that likes to not get too technical so there's no point. I would be able to
go through the script using the chatbot that you have but I don't necessarily access the script myself and be able to read it. Actually
you can, for example sometimes I like to have a look so if I take let's say the AIOS for us it runs the meta ads for example so we have campaigns of ads running it actually did the production of the video so
subtitles and stuff and then shoot it on meta ads and then checking the stats to see which works, which doesn't so we get better over time etc.
Anyway, so in my meta ads file we have maybe a bad example actually but I guess if I type a script I guess I'll have a couple of folders that contains scripts. So what I mean is if you tell it to work inside
your workspace so you'd like to have everything accessible, of course you can, it doesn't matter it's just that usually it's not supposed to show you everything but you can access it.
So for example here is more technical files so .ts etc. You can still access it it's not supposed to be hidden it's more of an ease of use feature let's say.
Okay.
Cool. So does that make sense?
Does that make any sense in terms of the philosophy of the product and how it can bring value to the table?
I think so and if it even gets close to what Christina has already told me then it would be very beneficial for me.
So the question would be how can I try it, how can I give it a go because I'm generally speaking nothing against you I'm just generally speaking a very suspicious person so I'd just love to give
Sure. So I have a bunch of things to say about suspicions because we work a lot with I don't know how to say that in English but let's say professions that are very subjected to law enforcement so for example attorneys
other types of counsel like tax counsel and stuff so I have a bunch of things to say on this.
In terms of how we work so what would be the next steps we actually provide a free trial period of seven days so how it works is we take your actual process that you described here today and we begin together
to work on the iOS for one hour on your actual bottlenecks that you mentioned even if it's a broad one like you said you have no precise bottleneck but still we dedicate one hour to kicking off your usage of the iOS
and then we give you seven days in complete autonomy where you can use it you can do whatever you want at the end of the seven days there is no you're not in prison in the iOS at any point you can go to
actually I'm going to switch it to to English would be nice so you can go to security and data and export the entire content of the VPS at any point so if you manage to build something that you like but you still
don't like enough the iOS itself you can get it back at the end of the week and in terms of pricing so we have two different subscriptions so the first one is with the counseling it's 799 without the how do you say without the
VAT right per month with no engagement whatsoever so you can stop at any time this counseling is two sessions a month so if you'd like us to go through your process give you advices we'd be happy to help and without this
just the access of the iOS is 399 without except VAT right so that's the pricing also we have I'd like to mention this because actually Christina might I have come to you for that reason we have a referral program that is
quite interesting it's 30% for life so we have a bunch of clients that actually recommend the iOS so if you recommend to three people then you get the subscription for 10% basically because it's minus 90%
and if you recommend to four people then you're net positive on the subscription so you actually get money yeah we actually pay you so yeah so that's how we how we work does that ring any interest on your side yes
just trying to think ahead so does that include basically some I'm asking myself currently about the setup is this being set up on my local PC setup is this setup in a local server structure which
then I need to be able to access through VPN can my team use it eventually does that even make sense if my team gets on board that's okay so just not to forget your
points so for the the server the server we provided with the iOS so we give you everything that you need except the one thing that you need in addition is a cloud subscription so we run as I mentioned on your
it's somewhere set up not locally on my drive
sorry
it's not locally on my drive
usually what I want to tell you is usually we provide the server but if you'd like us to install the system on your personal server that you manage it's totally fine we can also set it up we just need access to it basically
and that's it so in our general conditions which you can find here it just says basically that you cannot copy it on another server but it's you can still use it on your declared server on the legal notes
that's right quick question it needs a dedicated server right I'm not it's not a small topic to install on my local PC right it needs to have a proper
server no it's not installed on your PC but we do run a web app so you can actually have it on your desktop on your PC but it's not running on your PC right it's the same for the phone we have an app it's not
running on your phone it's running on a web app
okay so that
was for your first point and for the team so I'd like to highlight that the AIOS is actually thought of as the right hand of the business owner so it's supposed to be personal what I mean by this is
you're going to have your folders that are sorted in a way that you like you're going to have this conversation so it's kind of like you don't give your PC to whatever in your team so it's one seat system we do however provide
AIOS for entire teams of businesses in this case we make tailored offers so what we need to understand is how many hours for AIOS do you really need and how many hours of consulting and explaining to your team
do you need so with this information we make a custom offer so usually we start with one or two for the co-founders let's say and then we go from there so that's also on the collaborating side of things I'd like
to mention that here you can see it says shared it's my folder so it's in French we have a system of shared folders so here you can see for example folders that I've shared with my clients that I make consulting to
and usually when we onboard entire businesses we make them create collaborative spaces so that they can work together so this is really where productivity takes off because you have multiple AIOS's working on the same projects
that are let's say drove by different people so with different views and etc so you can really have common projects on with this feature of shared folders I understand cool
I think time is up I don't want to use more of your time I appreciate it I think it's on me to really think about a proper use case
right so that's that's kind of the point of the first onboarding session is you come to us with the main topics that you'd like to tackle and then we do it together for the first hour just to set it up properly
especially we provide guidance for connecting the tools sometimes it can be a bit difficult this part like especially for the big tools like the entire Google workspace Microsoft etc so we take
like 15 minutes to help you with this and then you can go on with your AIOS and create as much value as you can for the week so the next step would be to book an onboarding call if you have availability next week we'd be happy to
Well
let me discuss with Christina next week Tuesday I have my DriftFix with her then what use case we could use because I think this would be very key I don't want to waste the seven days
I really need to be dedicated during these seven days for this project and I want to make sure that I get the most out of it to be able to test it right because there is a chance of getting onboarded trying
something not being very clearly driven what I want to get out of it then I don't use it very much because I'm swamped with operational tasks and then I don't use it within the seven days then the trial is up and I'm not
getting the
idea of it. I'd like to point out that for the seven days for us it's let's say to be transparent it's a business argument it's like it's pretty short as a trial period because usually it's clearly enough to
realize the potential of the tool but of course sometimes we extend it a bit like two weeks maximum but we can extend if the person didn't have the time to try it properly we understand that it's pretty short so it makes sense
so don't think it's really like blocked seven days if you need 10 or 15 we can provide it as a story find
Awesome, that's great to hear I think I really need to decide on the use case because I have like 10 like literally at least 10 projects going on right now and I need to think of the one that I really want to be using it for
because I don't think it makes sense I give you a list of five projects and then none of them are really properly understood or fully set up or being used for maybe it makes sense to really go for one use case
first and try it with that Let me think about that and then get back to you probably Tuesday, Wednesday next
week. Okay Yeah, totally fine Tuesday, Wednesday, alright I have a call with Christina Tuesday afternoon
so it will be probably either Tuesday evening or Wednesday
when you hear
That's great Sorry? What email should I use to get in touch
I'll write it down right now Alright, you can have this one. Yeah, in the meantime please do not hesitate if you have any questions we'd be happy to answer them. You will also receive a bunch of documentation
right now after the call if you can help your guidance in the next couple of days
Cool Happy to receive it and have a look at it. Great, do you have
any further questions? Otherwise I think we're good for now Yep
Is the app for the mobile version because that is something I really would like to use. Is that for iOS publicly already available in the respective stores or do I need to go through you?
It's a PWA for now so you know it's encapsulation of a website as an app so you need to actually install it via us We actually do it on the onboarding session so it's pretty easy it takes 5 minutes
So it's just a website that uses...
A couple of additional features though on the PWA side of things especially notification-wide etc So it's pretty interesting it's pretty life-changing actually the mobile version because as I mentioned my iOS really is
in control. It's in touch with every single tool that I use every single part of my businesses so it's really a pleasure to just speak and the operational is done so it's pretty cool
I think that would be again I don't know exactly the use case but that would be definitely the part of the use case that I would want to try because that's what I see the most for me as beneficial Cool And that's how Ben started
his pitch by explaining to me that he was standing on the golf course and he came up with an idea and just chatted with your OS and then it just did it and it worked!
Right Yes I'm actually
happy to have non-French speaking clients. It's not that usual so I'm glad he can recommend them to outside of our language I was kind of surprised at first but then I'm not used to pitching it in English
so I hope it's good enough
No you did well I should have told you otherwise
Great Thank you Jonas, keep me posted on next week Do not hesitate to reach in the meantime
Perfect, thanks, bye bye
